I don’t understand the USA, all your roads are straight and all your cities look like they were planned using Excel.
Everyone knows the only way to build a city is to wait until a bunch of tiny villages merge together over centuries and create a sprawling clusterfuck of winding roads that make no sense and have no street signs and are impossible to navigate unless you’ve lived there all your life.

Tumblr user bri-ishurna requested the second act of Chemical Plant zone from Sonic Generations, so here we are! Happy Friday, everyone!
This is a really groovy mix, and Jun Senoue took an interesting direction with this remix! I like all of the auxiliary effects, and of course, the slap bass line going on. It’s really sweet! I’m not sure if I dig the synth patch used for the main melody, but what it’s actually doing is enough to complete things. The guitar comping in the background during the bridge is really cool, and adds that much more crunch to the track. There are some nice swells going on in the under parts too. It’s a very different take on the track, and for me personally, I don’t like listening to it back to back with the original. I love the original by itself, and I like this one on it’s own, but not together. It’s just a completely different direction and style, but by no means is it bad! It’s really jammin’!

Hello, everyone, and happy Valentine’s day!
This is a pretty sweet mix! It puts a definite modern dance feel to the track, while keeping a lot of the elements the same. We’ve still got the heavy guitars, but now we’ve added an intense synth drum line, and some of the vocals have some heavy auto-tune distortion going on. I like how some of the vocals are mixed together, between the two different male vocalists. It seems like the bass has been replaced with a synth bass, dance style to accompany the rest of the rhythm section. The break down sections are a nice touch as well! It adds lift to the mix. They keep the original guitar solo intact too, which is cool! And then there’s a rap section right after that, putting a significantly different spin on the track. Sweet!
